The Cornish Maritime Trust is entirely volunteer-led with 1000’s of hours donated each year.

Volunteers range from teenagers to Octogenarians and there is always the opportunity to learn new skills in our friendly, multi-generational team.

Come join our team…

It takes a vast array of skills to keep our historic boats afloat. Besides boat maintenance, activities include: administration, events, catering, fundraising, training and many more. And if there’s a skill you fancy learning, there’s always someone one to work alongside.

Join The Trust

By becoming a member of the Cornish Maritime Trust, you will be helping to preserve Cornwall’s extraordinary maritime heritage. Joining the Trust will also give you many benefits: the opportunity to sail on our boats, the chance to develop skills of sailing and maintenance, the chance to contribute your own skills, and membership of a diverse community of people.
